November | Monthly Goals 2025
There are a few things I am obsessed with when it comes to organization.
- Starting projects on the first of the year, month or week.
- Preparing or organizing things into lists.
If either of these isn’t in place, my brain immediately spirals into chaos or self-sabotage. I’ll convince myself to wait for the next ALIGNMENT😅.
And here we are, November.
That time of the year when everyone is scrambling to squeeze as much as possible into the last stretch.
And I am no exception.
But if you ask me, I really want to get a head start on 2026.
2025 has been an amazing year btw, but there is something about 2026… I feel excited about life again, in a way I haven’t felt for the last three years.. A story for another time.
Any way, my November goals… what am I focusing on.

November Goals
Fitness & Strength
- Complete Daily Activity Rings
- Weight training
- 10 reps of 90kg squat (Smith Machine)
- 10 reps of 100kg squat to bench (Smith Machine)
- 10 reps of 50kg Bulgarian split squat (Smith Machine)
- 3 reps of 50kg bench chest press
- Hip thrust: 5 reps of 140kg
- 7 pull-ups
- 4 tricep dips
- 4 hanging raises
- Jump rope trick: Step Through Release
Health & Routine
- Complete Whole30
- Create and follow my “Magic Hour Morning Routine”
Academic & Research
- 60 hours of academic & research pomodoros
- Draft the Ontology Evaluation section
Lifestyle & Personal
- 2 solo mini-dates
- District Six Museum
- Baxter Theatre play
- Galileo Movie
- Tick off 3 items from the 101 Challenge
- Get a massage
- Start reading Sense and Sensibility
- Ziplining in Cape Town
- Spend a day at the beach
And what am I doing to achieve all these goals, you ask?
The gym goals feel like home; they’re already part of my lifestyle.
But academically? I need structure. A lot of it.
So I have created a Magic Hour Morning Routine that will help me settle down and hopefully get things going.
